Shipping & Returns

De Marquet ships internationally.

Within Switzerland, shipping is done with the Swiss Post.
Internationally, De Marquet ships with DHL.

Shipping is free for all orders over 95.- CHF/euro.

No, once an order is placed and paid, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, as the shipping process is automatically started.

Yes, De Marquet would like to provide a high level of customer service to its clients and therefore offers the possibility to return a product that doesn’t meet the clients’ expectations within 14 days.
The product must be returned new and in perfect condition.
All items marked FINAL SALE (discounted items) are not eligible for exchanges, returns or price adjustments.

The right to return a product may only be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.

If you should unfortunately notice a defect in the item you have purchased, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery by placing a return request.

Payment Options

The De Marquet site accepts paypal transfers and credit card payments via Post Finance (Switzerland & international).

If you have a promotional code, you will be able to redeem it once you reach your shopping bag. Before checking out, please insert your code into the promotional code field and click “apply.” The discount will immediately be applied to your order total.
